"Mas Am Lohem" - "Israel is fighting for you, fight for Israel" - a poster calling on the Jewish community in Berlin to contribute to the strengthening of Israel at the end of the War of Independence. Berlin, February 1, 1949.
The declaration addresses the Jews of Berlin in German and explains: "Although the weapon is currently laid, Jewish communities all over the world are called to participate in a global effort for Israel, the Jewish community in Berlin is an integral part of the world communities! "Israel is fighting for you, fight for Israel." It is also written in red at the top left that donations from the community will soon be collected for the cause and that a rally on the subject will be held on February 27, 1949, at 11 a.m. at the Corso Theater at the Gesundbronn railway station - to prove solidarity with the warring Israel.
