A printed letter sent to the geniuses Rabbi Lubetzky and Rabbi Weisskap - Dayanim in Paris regarding the divorce case in Paris, which was published that some rabbis in France were allowed to have a divorce that was done in courts without another divorce according to Torat Israel.
