The author, the kabbalist genius Rabbi Moshe Zakut (1625-1697), one of the greatest kabbalists in Italy and rabbi of the Jewish community of Mantova, author of "Shorshey Hashemot", "Kol Harmaz" on the Mishnayot and more.
