Mincha prayer followed by: "Lamenatseach Mizmor LeDavid", verses "Hen LeTzedek Yimloch Melech", special prayer "Mi ze Melech HaKavod", and "Hinenu Lefanecha Ba'im Bekol Lev...". A prayer composed especially for the occasion:
"Now the years are fifty when all the people men and women... came to honor the young graceful queen... dressing in royal garments... and on Your people Beit Israel in her heart mercy and compassion as in the hearts of her noble forefathers all the days... and to her daughter the daughter of kings grace grace cheers and our eyes beholding her...". Followed by the prayer "LeShlomo Elokim Mishpatecha", "Shir HaMa'alot LeShlomo", HaNoten Tshuah LeMlachim LaMalka Juliana, and "Lamenatseach BeNginot Mizmor Shir".
The part of the prayer stating "and on Your people Beit Israel in her heart mercy and compassion as in the hearts of her noble forefathers all the days" refers to Queen Wilhelmina's favorable relation to Jews throughout her reign. Queen Juliana's relation to Jews was somewhat different. During WWII she hid Jewish refugees in her Canadian palace, and also spoke out against the Nazis on occasions. However, it is known she refused to allow the Dutch government to send food and medicines to the Jewish ghettos in the Netherlands, some believe her husband Prince Bernard of Lippe-Biesterfeld, a member of German nobility with ties to the Nazi party and briefly a member of the SS himself, influenced her in this direction.
